1. The Intermediary Protocol
Wheels & Miles is a platform operated by pegasustech.works. We function as a high-fidelity information intermediary and strategic marketplace that connects independent sellers (dealers and individuals) with potential buyers.
IMPORTANT: TRANSACTION PROTOCOL
pegasustech.works does not own, inspect, house, or guarantee any vehicle listed on this platform. While individual peer-to-peer listings remain free of commission, Verified Professional Dealers utilizing the Studio tools and verified lead vault agree to a platform success fee of 1% of the final sale value upon successful transaction closure through the studio protocol.
2. Dealer Commission & Billing
Verified Dealers agree to report the accurate final sale price to the Hub Authority upon closing a lead. The 1% studio commission is calculated based on this reported value. Failure to report accurate sale data or bypassing the platform protocol after a verified handshake may result in immediate revocation of "Verified Dealer" status and access to the Lead Vault.
3. Fraud & Security Disclaimer
Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any listing and the identity of any seller or buyer. pegasustech.works strongly advises all users to:
- Never send money via bank transfer or online payment without physically inspecting the vehicle.
- Conduct all meetings in safe, public locations.
- Verify all vehicle documentation (RC, Insurance, Service History) independently before any exchange of funds.
You agree that pegasustech.works shall not be liable for any financial loss, physical harm, or emotional distress resulting from fraud or interactions initiated through this platform.
4. User Conduct & Accuracy
Sellers represent that all information provided in their listings is accurate. Posting fraudulent, stolen, or misrepresented vehicles will result in immediate account termination and reporting to local law enforcement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pegasustech.works and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The platform is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
